The beauty of living in the midst of nature is being able to tap into all that surrounds us. In addition to our fruit trees and to our small vegetable and herb gardens, every month, nature offers us seasonal fruits that are the source of our inspiration.
Our dessert was born just like that, in our parking lot. In addition to providing shade for our cars, a breathtaking fig tree offers us succulent fruits. In this video, Alessandro shares his recipe, the offspring of our surrounding nature.
