Ah già, il nuovo menù!

L’estate è finita e questi giorni ci hanno fatto ricordare come presto sarà inverno. A fine estate siamo tutti un po’ tristi, le giornate si accorciano, le temperature scendono… ma nel nostro lavoro invece ci sono aspetti per i quali è impossibile non gioire. Per esempio è cominciata la stagione del Tartufo e non potevamo non esserne influenzati nella stesura del nuovo menù.

Be it a rockling fish (Mostella), a cuttlefish or a dolphinfish, we serve it “nature”, with just a dash of olive oil and salt, accompanied by seasonal fruit that highlights the contrasting tartness allowing you to enjoy every dish at its best…
